I would encourage you to try and secure a loan instead of going through the trouble/drama of issuing shares. This will also ensure that you know what your fixed costs will be. If you were to do so, I would be willing to cover up to 1.5b of a loan...

For sufficient collateral, I would be happy to offer you terms of .02% a day, non-compounding interest. This is a 6% monthly rate, or 30M ISK a month for the loan. Let me know if you are interested or would like to negotiate further.
